Mr. Cao Tuan Kiet shared his family’s experience on TripAdvisor: A 5-star resort with a truly 5-star experience for the whole family.

“Our family had an exceptional stay from beginning to end.

  • Our group of 10 arrived at the resort at 5:30 AM and was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary breakfast that morning.
  • We were also accommodated with an early check-in at 11:30 AM, which was incredibly helpful, especially since our group included both elderly family members and young children.
  • We borrowed bicycles to explore the resort, although we had to return them early because Da Lat’s hilly roads were a bit too challenging for us!
  • The villa gardens, surrounded by lush greenery and blooming flowers, provided the perfect setting for children to play, adults to enjoy leisurely walks, and younger guests to capture beautiful photos.
  • The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Every staff member was warm and attentive, with special thanks to the gentleman at the pho and noodle station for his outstanding service.
  • The front desk team was exceptionally welcoming, especially the staff member who assisted us upon our early arrival at 5:30 AM and the colleague who helped us during check-out.
  • Most memorable of all were the buggy drivers. They were always cheerful, greeted us with genuine smiles, and would proactively ask, ‘Would you like a buggy ride? I’d be happy to take your family wherever you need to go.’

This was our second visit to Ana Mandara Dalat, and after such a wonderful experience, we’re certain there will be many more to come. Thank you to every member of the team for your warm hospitality—we look forward to seeing you again soon!”

“Da Lat | It Looks Like France… But It’s Actually Vietnam!”

I first discovered Da Lat because of Ana Mandara Villas Dalat Resort & Spa.

Da Lat is a charming mountain town in Vietnam that many people have yet to discover. It enjoys a spring-like climate all year round, though it rained several times during my trip and was surprisingly chilly. 🥶 I definitely recommend bringing a jacket.

Just a one-hour flight from Ho Chi Minh City, Da Lat immediately gave me a sense of peace and tranquility.

Staying at Ana Mandara Villas felt like stepping into a French film, where life moves at a slower, more graceful pace. The classic French colonial villas are full of romance and history, each with its own unique story. I hadn’t researched the room types beforehand and was randomly assigned Villa 22, which turned out to be absolutely beautiful. Every morning, soft sunlight filled the room, and opening the window revealed breathtaking views of pine forests and distant mountains. After breakfast, I wandered around the resort, embracing the joy of slow living. Every corner was picture-perfect, and I found myself wanting to capture every moment.

🍽️ Instead of visiting tourist attractions, I spent my time exploring local eateries. The food was simple, authentic, and delicious. The sour bamboo chicken hotpot and Vietnamese-style pizza were definite highlights! 👍🏻 I also highly recommend Taste Eatery, a wonderful French restaurant that isn’t widely mentioned on Xiaohongshu. The French cuisine prepared by Vietnamese chefs was surprisingly impressive. About 300 meters away, there’s also the famous avocado coconut ice cream shop. 🍦 Personally, I found it just average—the avocado wasn’t rich enough for my taste, and I still prefer the yogurt back home!

Da Lat is a place that people either adore or find uneventful. To some, it’s a real-life French fairy tale; to others, it’s simply too quiet. As for me, I think it’s the perfect destination to “waste time” in the best possible way—a place made for travelers who are willing to slow down and take the scenic route.

Perhaps what makes Ana Mandara Villas Dalat truly special isn’t any single amenity, but the feeling it leaves with every guest—a place where time seems to slow down, nature feels closer, and every moment is worth cherishing.

If you’re looking for a destination to escape the pace of everyday life, spend meaningful time with your loved ones, or simply embrace the tranquility of Dalat’s beautiful natural surroundings, we would be delighted to welcome you.
